RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

• Process & Cost: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note: Except in cases of damaged or defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (the cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund).

• Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain personal care goods (such as opened beauty products) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. We also do not accept returns on:

• Sale items or gift cards.

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
